Getting people to work effectively together is one of the toughest corporate challenges faced by managers today.
We understand
the environment
We understand
motivation
We understand
teamwork

So let us design an Off Limits challenge event to support your staff development and training programme.

The shared experience of competing in adventurous sports will bring individuals together as colleagues and is the ideal fast-track way into a wide range of team skills such as communication,
problem-solving and team-building.
Teamwork is the key to success and
a good team consists of :-
  • High IQ people, to be the intellectual powerhouses
  • Glue people, to get everyone working together and
    relating to one another
  • Communicators, to make sure everyone knows what's
happening and to sell the work of the team to the rest of
    the company
  • Nurturers, to make sure everyone's needs are cared for
  • Goal people, to keep the big picture in view and maintain motivation
  • Fun people, to keep the team together, share a joke and emotions, not just in the good times, but to get through the tough times too
Off Limits can help you construct a purpose-designed one-day or two-day event, for week-ends or mid-week, for any number of staff.

Our background in corporate challenge events for companies such as BT and Deloitte & Touche means you can be sure of an event which will deliver a cost-effective adventure that will leave your team fired up for work. It won't be easy, but it won't leave you wrecked either. At the end of every action-packed day you can relax, have a shower, enjoy a meal and have a drink in the bar.

If you have an interest in the Investors in People scheme (I.I.P.) this could be the very thing for you.

We can offer THREE different venues :-

Choose between ..........

The untamed and rugged mountains and lakes of Mid Wales, staying at the Rhiw Coch Ski Centre at Bronaber or the Bae Abermaw Hotel, Barmouth

The dramatic sea cliffs, harbours and wild surf of the Pembrokeshire Coast, staying at Pen Rhiw, St David's

The enchanting Forest of Dean with the River Wye and Symonds Yat rock, staying at the Speech House in the heart of the Forest itself

Equipment and Staff
Equipment for all the events is supplied, including all safety equipment, wet suits, life jackets, harnesses, rock boots, rucksacks, map & compass, plus food and drink for the day.
One of our qualified Instructors will be with each team and will give advice and encouragement throughout the day.
All our Instructors will be in radio contact with each other. Team members can drop out at any time and will be picked up by the minibus.
