2 days covering the MLTB syllabus of this National award

Candidates must be registered in the scheme with the MLTB and must also :-

    • be an individual or club member of the BMC
    • have at least 12 months climbing experience
    • be not less than 18 years of age

Accommodation is self-catering and is based at the
Rhiw Goch Ski Centre, Bronaber, Mid Wales

The assessment will cover all areas of the MLTB syllabus

Candidates must be registered in the scheme with the MLTB and must also :-
    • have attended a training course
    • have gained further experience in the
      consolidation period
    • have led severe grade rock climbs
    • have an up-to-date and completed log book
    • hold a valid first aid certificate
